The Lensan community is where people find others to play with. Keep it decent so everyone wants to come back.
Do
- Review venues based on your real experience.
- Respect other players, even when you lose.
- Keep your word when you join a match; if you can't make it, say so early.
Don't
- Harass, threaten, insult or discriminate.
- Post sexual, violent, gambling, betting or drug-related content.
- Scam, impersonate others or post other people's personal information.
- Advertise, spam, or post fake or incentivised reviews.
- Post content that breaks Vietnamese law or infringes copyright.
Tools you have
Every post, comment and profile has Report and Block. Blocked users can't see your content or message you. You can also mute someone without blocking them.
How we enforce
Reports are reviewed within 24 hours. Violating content is removed; repeat or serious offenders are suspended. If you think your content was removed by mistake, email hotro@lensan.vn.
