Account deletion

Option 2: Send a request

Email privacy@lensan.vn from any address with the subject “Delete account” and the phone number you registered. We will send a verification code to that number to make sure the request is yours, then complete it within 7 days.

Data that is deleted

• Phone number, name, profile photo, favourite sports, saved venues.
• Posts, photos, comments and messages you posted in the community.
• Push notification tokens and all sign-in sessions.
• For owners: your management access to venues, staff you invited and your role at those venues.

Data that is kept, and why

• Past bookings at a venue stay in that venue's books but anonymised: your name and phone number are removed.
• Public reviews are anonymised as “Lensan player”, or removed entirely if you ask.
• Security and anti-abuse logs: up to 90 days, then deleted automatically.
• System backups: rotated out automatically within at most 30 days.

Deleting only some data

You can remove your profile photo, posts or reviews in the app without deleting your account. To delete other data the app does not let you remove yourself, write to privacy@lensan.vn.
