1. Scope of service
Lensan is a booking intermediary platform, not a venue owner. Venue quality is the responsibility of the venue that provides it.
2. Accounts & verification
Booking on the web needs no account; verification is done lightly by phone OTP. Some advanced features require the app.
3. Booking, prepayment & cancellation
Depending on the venue, you prepay either a holding fee or a deposit. The holding fee is a platform service fee and is not refunded on a late cancellation. Details are in the Cancellation & Refund Policy.
4. Reputation & no-shows
Not showing up or cancelling late can affect your reputation score on the platform.
