Terms of Use

2. Free of charge, and paying for courts

• Lensan charges no booking fee, holding fee or any other fee to players or venue owners.
• The apps contain no in-app purchases, sell no plans or subscriptions and never ask for a bank card.
• Court rental, drinks and on-site services are paid directly between you and the venue. Lensan does not hold, collect or disburse anyone's money.
• If Lensan introduces fees in the future, we will announce them at least 30 days in advance and they will only apply with your separate consent. Nothing is ever charged automatically.

3. Accounts

You sign in with your phone number and a one-time code. Browsing courts and open slots needs no account. You must be at least 16 years old to create an account.

One account can be a player and also a venue owner or staff member. You are responsible for keeping your phone and codes safe, and for telling us promptly if you suspect misuse.

You can delete your account at any time, inside the app or via the Account deletion page.

4. Bookings

Lensan is not a venue. Prices, opening hours, court condition and service quality are provided by, and are the responsibility of, each venue. Renting a court is an arrangement between you and the venue.

A booking may be confirmed instantly or wait for the owner's approval, depending on the venue. Please arrive on time; if you can't make it, cancel in the app so someone else can play. See the Cancellation policy for details.

5. For venue owners and staff

• You confirm you are legally entitled to operate the venue and that what you publish (name, address, prices, photos, hours) is accurate.
• Customer details you enter into your customer book are your venue's data. You are responsible for having your customers' consent to store and contact them; Lensan only stores and processes them on your behalf to run your venue.
• Do not use customers' phone numbers for mass marketing, and do not use Lensan to collect money on behalf of others.
• You can stop being an owner or delete your account at any time; venue data is handled as described on the Account deletion page.

6. Content you post

Reviews, posts, photos and messages in groups and matches must follow the Community guidelines. You keep the rights to your content and allow Lensan to display it in its apps and website to provide the features you use.

We may hide or remove violating content and suspend repeat offenders. You can report content or block other users directly in the app.

7. AI assistant

The AI assistant helps you check open slots, create bookings or look up numbers by voice or text. AI can misunderstand, so every action that changes data is shown to you for confirmation first. Everything can always be done by hand without AI.

8. What you must not do

• Make fake bookings, hold slots in bulk with no intention to play, or impersonate others.
• Post fraudulent, harassing, hateful, sexual, violent or illegal content under Vietnamese law.
• Harvest other users' data, scan, attack or try to bypass technical limits of the system.
• Use Lensan for gambling or betting.

9. Trial period and limitation of liability

Lensan is in a free trial period and is provided as is. The service may be interrupted for maintenance or fixes; we try to announce this in advance where possible.

To the extent permitted by law, Lensan is not responsible for disputes between players and venues (court quality, rental payments, injuries while playing). We will still provide booking information to help both sides resolve them.

10. Changes and governing law

When these terms change materially, we notify you in the app before the change takes effect. Continuing to use Lensan after that date means you accept the new version.
