Common questions from venue owners
Can I still take phone bookings like before?
Yes. You log it into the app like normal and Lensan charges nothing. The app's only job is to stop you from double-booking two customers into the same slot.
Who does the customer pay for the court?
To you, at the venue or however you already collect. Lensan does not hold, collect or deduct anything.
Do staff at the counter share one account?
No. You invite staff using their own phone number. Staff can view and log bookings, but can't see revenue reports or change the price list.
How long does it take to set up a venue?
