Common questions from venue owners
Can I still take phone bookings like before?
Yes. You log it into the app like normal and Lensan charges nothing. The app's only job is to stop you from double-booking two customers into the same slot.
Does my venue get locked if my plan expires?
No. Schedule, cash book, reports, and taking bookings keep working as usual. The plan only affects your AI assistant usage limit and a few displayed perks. When it expires, the app reminds you — it doesn't block anything.
Where does the customer's prepayment go?
The customer transfers into the platform account to hold the slot; the rest is paid to you at the venue. Lensan reconciles it and transfers your held portion to the bank account you've registered.
Do staff at the counter share one account?
No. You invite staff using their own phone number. Staff can view and log bookings, but can't see revenue reports or change the price list.
How long does it take to set up a venue?
