Cancellation policy

Lensan takes no money from you, so no refund ever goes through Lensan. Cancelling frees the court for someone else and protects your reliability score.
How to cancel
Open the booking in the Lensan app or on the Booking lookup page on the web and choose Cancel. The venue is notified immediately.
Cancellation cut-off
Each venue sets its own cut-off (usually 2–24 hours before play), shown before you book. Cancelling before it is on time. Cancelling after it, or not showing up without notice, is recorded in your reliability score.
If you already paid the venue
Whether money you paid the venue directly (cash or transfer to the venue) is refunded depends on your arrangement with the venue. Lensan does not hold that money, but will help with booking details if both sides need to check.
When the venue cancels your booking
You are notified immediately with the reason. Venue cancellations never affect your reliability score.
