Cancellation & refund policy

The short version: cancel early and get a full refund, cancel close to your time and you lose what you've prepaid, and if the venue owner cancels you always get a 100% refund.
Cancel early: 100% refund, automatic
Cancel before the venue's deadline (usually 24 hours). The money comes back through the channel you paid with.
Cancel late: you lose what you've prepaid
Cancel after the deadline and the holding fee or deposit you've paid is not refunded.
Venue cancels or misses the approval deadline: 100% refund
You always get a full, automatic refund — no need to request it.
Deadlines and refund timing
The exact refund deadline is shown for each venue when you book (usually 6–48 hours, depending on the venue). Refunds are issued instantly through the channel you paid with, within 3 business days at the latest.
