Partner terms for venue owners
Updated 12/10/2026
These apply to venue owners and staff using the Lensan Partner app, read together with the general Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy. Lensan charges venue owners no fees.
1. What Lensan provides
Tools for your schedule, customer book, check-in, on-site takings, reports and a public booking page for your venue. Lensan does not own, operate or act for the venue.
2. Free of charge, and court fees
- Lensan charges venue owners no booking fee or any other fee, and sells no plans or services inside the apps.
- You collect court fees yourself, directly from customers. Lensan does not hold, collect or disburse money and does not guarantee any payment between you and a customer.
- If fees are introduced later, Lensan gives at least 30 days' notice and any fee applies only with your separate consent.
3. Your venue's information
You confirm you are legally entitled to operate the venue and that what you publish is accurate: name, address, prices, opening hours, photos. You are responsible for court quality, safety and serving your customers. The price you set is the price customers see.
4. Customer data
- Customer details you enter or receive from bookings are your venue's data; Lensan stores and processes them on your behalf to run your venue.
- You may use a customer's phone number only to serve their booking and look after your venue's customers, and must not sell it, hand it to others or send mass marketing.
- You are responsible for having customers' consent when you store and contact them beyond their booking.
5. Staff and permissions
You are responsible for the people you invite and the permissions you grant. Remove staff who have left, right in the app. Actions taken by staff on your venue's account count as the venue's.
6. Handling bookings
You choose automatic confirmation or manual approval. Once you confirm a booking you are responsible for holding the court for the customer; if you must cancel, do it in the app so the customer is told at once. Repeated cancellations, or accepting bookings and not honouring them, may lead to account restrictions.
7. What you must not do
- Publish false information, photos that are not your venue's, or fake reviews.
- Create fake bookings to flatter figures or disadvantage other venues.
- Use Lensan to collect money for others or for gambling or betting.
8. Ending the relationship
You can stop at any time by removing the owner role or deleting your account in the app. Lensan may suspend or end a venue that breaches these terms and will tell you why. Data is handled as described on the Account deletion page.
9. Trial period
Lensan is in a free trial period and provided as is; the service may be interrupted for maintenance. Keep a fallback (for example a paper diary) for important time slots. To the extent permitted by law, Lensan is not liable for indirect loss caused by service interruptions.
